Free Shipping

All LuxDiviShop orders include free worldwide shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to learn about any applicable fees.

LuxDiviShop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

LuxDiviShop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at bodnardmakennau@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your information before the order ships, although changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 2 additional business days before contacting us, as carriers may occasionally update tracking before the package is physically delivered.

If your shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, contact us at bodnardmakennau@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
